REFUNDS
All sales for yoga classes are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Tuladhara Yoga may cancel classes or workshops without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be contacted via email and notified on social media if events or classes are canceled.
Class passes have a specified expiration date. We will not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken. Class passes can only be used for regular scheduled yoga classes excluding special workshops, series or teacher training/development programs.
RETAIL MERCHANDISE
Merchandise purchased in our boutique can be returned or exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition and packaging. Refunds and credits will not be given for worn retail merchandise.
AUTOPAY AND CONTRACT CLIENTS:
30 days written notice to cancel auto draft is required. Please email [email protected] to give official 30 days notice to cancel. Refunds will not be given retroactively for lack of use. All membership cancellations must be in writing. No cancellations will be taken over the phone or social media.
PRIVATE SESSION AND MASSAGE CANCELLATIONS
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or student will be charged for the full rate of the session with the required card on file. No shows will be charged the full rate of service to the credit card on file.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
We ask that you cancel your In-Studio class reservation 2 hours in advance, or you will be charged a $10 cancellation fee. We do not take cancelations over social media.
WORKSHOP/SERIES/PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel 14 days prior to the workshop/series/program start date, you will be issued a full refund. Within 14 days you will be issued an account credit unless canceling on the day of the event. Same day cancellations will receive no refunds, transfers or credits. In addition, no refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend or failure to a complete workshop. No exceptions.
OTHER POLICIES AND STUDIO ETIQUETTE
1. Please be on time for class. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of class and lock promptly at the start of class. We ask that after class you leave promptly so or staff can clean and prepare properly for the next class to arrive. We do not allow students in the studio when instructors are not present.
2. Silence Your Cell Phones: You deserve time to focus on you without distraction, so please silence your cell phone!
3. Refrain from strong scents, perfume or cologne: Out of respect for your fellow classmates, we ask that you refrain from using perfumes or cologne while in the studio space.
4. Please be respectful of other students’ experience. Refrain from distracting behavior and loud talking or noises during classes. We also ask that you are quiet in the yoga room so students can meditate and relax before class begins.
5. No weapons of any kind are allowed in the studio.
6. We do not tolerate harassment of any kind – verbal, visual, or physical in our studios or at our events.
