This fundamentals workshop will introduce a beginner to the foundations of AcroYoga, and for AcroYogis who have attended our previous workshop will grow your practice to include exciting new poses.
Your teachers will create a safe and supportive environment as they share their deep experience of this beautiful practice and skills accessible to all levels of students.
During this workshop you will experience the joy of AcroYoga and will work in many different partnerships with new and old friends as you experience the three roles in AcropYoga of base, flyer and spotter.
This workshop includes elements of: partner yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the loving kindness of Thai Massage.
No experience necessary, nor partner needed. Just bring your willingness to play and have fun!
Expect to go upside down, get a workout and laugh!
