Join Sona and Kat for a blissful afternoon of Restorative and Hands on Healing– a wonderful opportunity to unwind, destress, and relax deeper than ever before! During this two hour workshop you will balance your body, mind, and spirit with a combination of relaxing restorative yoga poses while receiving individual healing touch and therapeutic assists. These nurturing practices from both Yoga Therapy and Thai Yoga traditions will facilitate release of muscular and mental tension and stimulate vital energy lines in the body.To close the practice, Sona will help direct this renewed flow of energy in your body through a group Qi (energy) transmission, amplifying the effects of the postures and leaving you filled up, rested and rejuvenated. Finally, Kat will conclude the afternoon with Pranayama, a short meditation, and grounding work to help integrate the session and solidify the overall balance in the body.
