REFUND POLICY
- All sales for yoga classes and massages are final and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- We will not give refunds for classes taken or partially taken.
- No refunds on unused/expired classes and memberships.
BOUTIQUE POLICY
- Merchandise purchased in our boutique must be returned within 14 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or account credit. A full refund will be issued if unused and in original condition and packaging. No refunds or exchanges will be given on clearance and final sale merchandise. Account credit or exchange will be given for mats and props that are unused and within 14 days. Refunds and credits will not be given for worn retail merchandise.
AUTO PAY & CLASS PACK POLICY
- 30 days written notice to cancel autopay is required. Please email [email protected] to give official 30 days written notice to cancel. Refunds will not be given retroactively for lack of use. All membership cancelations must be in writing. No cancelations will be taken over the phone or social media.
- Annual memberships are non-refundable.
- Class packs can only be used for regular studio yoga classes excluding special workshops, series, or teacher training/development programs.
- 10 Class Packs have a 6-month expiration date from start date. 5 Class Packs have a 3-month expiration date. Class Packs must be started within 45 days of purchase.
- Unused classes and massages in memberships do not roll over from month to month. If additional classes or massages are needed they can be added at the same rate as the current membership. For example: If the 5-class membership rate is $19.40 per class, additional classes may be added at this rate.
- Class packs and memberships cannot be shared or transferred.
- Autopay members are allowed one 30-day pause on their account per calendar year to maintain the discount. For annual memberships, one per 12-month cycle.
- Autopay memberships have a 90-day commitment.
CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY
- For Regular Studio Classes (In-Studio & Livestream): We ask that you cancel your class reservation 2 hours in advance. If you cancel within 2 hours or no-show the class: members will be charged a $10 cancelation/no-show fee, class pack holders will be charged a class, and drop-ins will not be refunded. We do not take cancelations over social media.
- For Workshops/Series/Programs: If you cancel 7 days prior to the workshop/series/program start date, you will be issued a full refund. Within 7 days you will be issued an account credit unless canceling on the day of the event. Same day cancelations will receive no refunds, transfers or credits. In addition, no refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend or failure to complete a workshop. Yoga Teacher Training is non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Private Sessions and Massage Appointments: Must be canceled 24 hours in advance or client will be charged for the full rate of the session to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged the full rate of service to the credit card on file. You must have a card on file to book a private session and/or massage.
OTHER POLICY
- We do not tolerate harassment of any kind – verbal, sexual, visual, or physical in our studios or at our events.
- No weapons of any kind are allowed in the studio.
- New Student Specials are introductory offers for local clients only and can not be used more than once. Once you have decided that you want to continue classes with us, please pay our regular rates – no exceptions.
- Tuladhara Yoga may cancel classes or workshops without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Registrants will be contacted via email and notified on social media if events or classes are canceled.
- Discounts cannot be combined or transferred.
- You must be enrolled in a membership to be eligible for member benefits.
- Military, Senior (62+) and Student discount is 10%. Must show valid ID. Discounts may not be combined and can only be used on regular priced goods and services. Discounts cannot be used on class packs, memberships, workshops, special series, Teacher Training programs or retreats.
- Kids 16 and older are welcome to practice alongside a guardian.
- You must have a card on file to book a private session and/or massage.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
- Leave Your Worries and Shoes at the Door. Please remove your shoes when entering the practice space.
- Silence Your Cell Phones. You deserve time to focus on you without distraction, so please silence your cell phone!
- Refrain from Strong Scents, Perfume, or Cologne. Out of respect for your classmates, we ask that you refrain from using perfumes or cologne while in the studio space.
- Be On Time. Doors open 15 minutes before the start of class and lock promptly at the start of class. We ask that after class you leave promptly so our staff can clean and prepare properly for the next class to arrive. We do not allow students in the studio when instructors are not present.
- Be Respectful of Other Students’ Experience. Please refrain from distracting behavior and loud talking or noises during class. We also ask that you are quiet in the yoga room so students can meditate and relax before class begins.
- We love kids, but unless they are practicing yoga, they can not be in the studio or left unattended in the lobby.
