Yoga for Beginners Workshop is a great way to get your feet wet as someone who is new to Yoga! Yoga is fun!! But if you are new to yoga, want to improve your flexibilty, or get healthy, Yoga can be a little intimidating. This beginner workshop is a great way to start or improve on your practice! You will learn the fundamentals of yoga postures and breathing techniques. The supportive environment of this workshop will provide you with the foundation to develop a safe and fulfilling yoga practice that is great for all fitness levels and goals. This workshop is a 3 hour immersion from 1-4pm
