Chair Assisted Gentle Yoga

6 Week Series Starting April 21st – May 28th

This class will be for all fitness levels and chairs will be provided if requested in advance. Students will explore breath, gentle movement, stretching, and meditation. The cost for the series is $150.00.

WORKSHOP/SERIES/PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel 14 days prior to the workshop/series/program start date, you will be issued a full refund. Within 14 days you will be issued an account credit unless canceling on the day of the event. Same day cancellations will receive no refunds, transfers or credits. In addition, no refunds or credits will be issued for failure to attend or failure to a complete workshop. No exceptions.
