Combine Yoga with Stand Up Paddle Boarding! This workshop will help you take your favorite yoga routines & put them on the water! Both yoga & stand up paddle boarding are great for building better balance, coordination, endurance, and strength!We will begin class on shore to go over the basic fundamentals of SUP; water safety, board anatomy, proper paddle positioning,stroke technique, launching, & progressions to getting up!
-All levels: No SUP or yoga experience required, You should feel comfortable in open water & be able to tread water.
