INTRO TO YOGA SERIES
Have you always been curious about starting a yoga practice, or getting back into your practice, but you haven’t taken the leap yet? Whether your goal is to gain more flexibility, more strength, or more peace of mind through a mindful movement practice, Tuladhara has got you covered.
Our aim is to create a safe and inviting space for you to learn and grow so that when you complete the 4-week course, you’ll have the tools and knowledge you need to step confidently onto your yoga mat. We promise lots of laughs!

•The importance of the breath and how to link it with movement.
•What is meditation, the benefits, and an overview of a few practices.
•Briefly explore + learn about gentle, yin, and restorative yoga.
